1. Analyze the environment of the hotel,

using marketing mix and SWOT. It is

essential you assess the impact of the

marketing environment.

2. Apply your knowledge of the marketing

mix to at least two services based on the

marketing environment. Ensure you

cover each area of the marketing mix and

outline of the importance the marketing

mix to the company you choose in which

they operate.

3. Based upon your above finding conduct

a detailed analysis of the services

strategies.

4. Evaluate the marketing plan and develop

based on the result of the market.
