Additionally, Mr. Butterscotch has heard that a lot of people in Connecticut like cocaine, and he is very concerned about hiring individuals who may consume cocaine. He would like to be able to subject all applicants to drug testing prior to issuing any offer letters to applicants.Can he add a provision in which employees agree to submit to drug testing prior to being offered employment? If not, what can he do regarding drug testing?
