Review both articles linked here, then report which insurance policies you believe you would need if you were the sole proprietor of a business of your choice. Start by choosing a business (different business have different needs), then justify why you think the business you chose needs the coverages you selected. What do you think your greatest risk would consist of?

Remember, coverage is great, but it isnt free, so you will need to keep in mind the costs as well as the benefits.

In your opinion/experience, which one of these is the strongest or most advantageous for a leader to display? Please provide your rationale for your choice.

You reviewed several motivational theories. Reviewing Maslows Hierarchy of Needs, describe what levels are addressed by your current employment situation. Can you think of some simple things your employer might be able to do inexpensively that could move you to a higher level on the Hierarchy?

Issue 4.

We looked at several production scheduling techniques. In your own words, explain what the critical path is and why it is a valuable thing to know in terms of producing a good or service.
