According to the contract and UAE labour law you are entitled to end of service gratuity. After completion of one month of service the employer request additional 6 month as hand over which you agreed in your contract. If you don't complete these six months, the company is asking you to compensate them. You only used 10 days of your annual leave before you were terminated. Under the contract, the company should pay you the expenses of travel ticket, AED 2600. You worked for additional 6 months and finally when you visited the HRD to finalize settlement you discovered that they calculated that you should get unsatisfied final settlement of AED 25,000 Questions: 1.
