Any submission made after the duedate and time will receive a grade of zero.OVERVIEW:You have been made a Project Manager in charge of a system development project that is aimedat developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for a North American retailcompany that has its head office in Ontario Canada and regional office in New York USA.Currently, the company has 62 store outlets, 40 of which are located in different provinces acrossCanada. The new ERP system will be supported by other operating systems and will run on theweb as a web application system. The client and server portions of the application will run on anandroid and windows device. The database management system will be hosted and housed in thecloud and this can be assessed through a secure web application. The system will help thecompany to manage their day-to-day business operations. It will help manage different keyfunctional business areas like accounting, human resources (HR), procurement, customerrelationships (CRM), supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, projectmanagements, and Customer Service, Sales, Research & Development, Marketing andAdvertising. With the new system, the company is able to manage and integrate their entirebusiness processes through a single web platform.The project is being funded by the Vice President of the company Dr. Clinton Wales. Otherstakeholders include the VPs of the Legal department, the HR Manager, Recruiters, Customers,Hardware, Software Developers, and Finance.In your new position you get a development team to work with on the project, a project initiationdocument (PID), a cost estimate and service level agreement for the project. Your team consistsof developers, business systems analysts, designers, testers, and other subject matter experts.Your Assignment:Your assignment is divided into four (4) parts, you must complete the entire parts of thisassignment.

Page 2 of 21. Identify 4 features from any 3 key functional business areas in the system and draw asystem's use case diagram. Your use case diagram should indicate at least 4 use casesrepresenting the 4 features for each functional area (12 use cases in all). Each selectedfunctional area must have its own separate use case diagram making a minimum total of3 use case diagrams for your submission. You are to provide 3 use case diagrams, andeach diagram for each selected functional area must show at least 4 use cases.2. For each identified use case in each of your diagrams, prepare a detailed use casespecification providing a full description of the use cases. Each use case should have itsown full description making a total of 12 use case descriptions for your submission.3. Design the system showing the user interface for any one of your selected functionalarea. The design should show at least the 4 use cases in your selected functional area.4. Make a short video presentation and submit as your individual component of theAssignment. The video should show how you designed your user interface using theselected tool.
