Although you may want to know information about your candidate, there are many questions that are illegal and violate many laws. After watching the video, identify 20 potentially illegal/unethical questions asked in the interview.

• Identify the question that was asked.
• Identify the law or laws that were violated.
• Identify if there is a better way to gather information that is in a legal form.
• What suggestions do you have for the interviewer?
• Are the concerns/questions where the interviewer expressed valid concerns?
