Creating a question for the employer panel will allow you to research the panelist(s) and the company/organization they work for. Course Learning Outcomes . CLO5 Assignment Value This assignment is a Pass/Fail. Assignment Instructions Read the profiles of the Employer Panelists that can be found in Announcements. Submit at least one wellresearched question for one panelist or all employer panelists. Be prepared to ask the panelist(s) your question. The panelists will be visiting in Week 7. 1-Corina Gadde has been working with seniors for over 30 years. She worked initially in home care and non profit seniors settings, and then extensively as an executive director and regional operations manager for various retirement homes across Ontario. She has been involved with older homes, new builds, provided input into the development and construction of new residences, and taught a course on retirement home operations at Centennial College for several years. Corina has been with the RHRA for 11 years, formerly as an inspector and now as one of two managers of inspections for Ontario. Corina is a certified Inspector/Investigator through the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation. 2-Josine Bellosillo is the Administration Manager at Horizon Place Retirement Residence by Levante Living. located in London. As the Administration Manager, Josine handles residents' accounts and billings, employee payroll. and hire administrative staff. Prior to this role. Josine was also an international student. Josine completed her my post- graduate Business Management program at Fanshawe College in August 2022Josine has over 5 years of experience as Finance and Administration Head in the Philippines. This role revolved around handling the income and expenses of the company, creating, and strengthening customer relationships, and employee management which included recruitment, training and onboarding, and compensation and benefits, and resolving employee grievances. She started at the lnuvik Community Greenhouse as the first Executive Director, and was in charge of all aspects of the organization including hiring. Since 2021 she has been the Executive Director/CEO of Green lglu, where she is taking the combined 20 years of recruitment and HR experience into account, as well as her work in northern. Indigenous communities, to decolonize the workplace and hiring practices. She cares deeply about everyone having access to fresh, local food - so much so that she ran a small chicken farm out of her garage in the Arctic (60 chickens and 18 quail) for 2 years. and is currently the treasurer of Food Secure Canada. She is also a certified firefighter and an ex town councillor
