For an organization that you have been a member of, a job, a club, a sports team, a school, a class etc., determine two or three organizational cultural artifacts that you have notice in this organization.

Working backwards from the artifacts in this organization, explain what is valued in this culture, what is important and is a shared value of all of the people in the organization.
