This assessment focusses on locating and critically reviewing a diversity policy You may choose your own workplace or another Australian Business.

For the purposes of this assessment we are going to presume that you are the newly appointed Head Chef. One of your tasks is to ensure that you have a compliant Antidiscrimination and Diversity Policy for the workplace that everyone understands and it's easy to use.

You need to provide 5 different ways to implement and manage situations that could arise because of diversity

Ensure the policy addresses the following:

- Age discrimination

- Disability discrimination

- Racial discrimination

- Sex discrimination

- EEO discrimination

- Human rights discrimination Ensure you attach the Diversity Policy.
