Assignment: ChotuKool - Incorporate innovation management concepts from the course. Use 3 key process of innovating which are Creation, Integration and Reframing. Also use 3 key roles in innovating which are frontline innovators, midlevel coaches and senor leaders.

Your will be evaluated based on integrating course content; the clarity, appropriateness, and the assessment of the project itself; along with complying with the expected section headings and structure. Your report should be organized in three parts, as described below:

Part 1. From Godrej use Chotukool, summarize an actual innovation project (either a success or a failure) by providing:

• A description of the project.
• The target customer.
• How the project got started.
• The current status of the project (or how it ended).

Part 2. What are the organization's innovation strengths (facilitators) and weaknesses (barriers) exhibited in the innovation project you chose (i.e., being customer-driven, motivating creativity, proper management roles at all levels)?

Part 3. Provide recommendations for how the organization's innovation strengths can be increased and weaknesses reduced. If your recommendations were executed, describe how the organization would change.
