Taking account of the course content, develop a strategic policy approach for government that addresses the strategic imperatives and constraints of government. This approach needs to directly address:

1. The role and prioritization of social policy
2. The role and prioritization of economic growth
3. The macroeconomic approach, addressing government spending, tax policy and overall macroeconomic orientation
