At this stage of the course, it is essential to apply the concepts and techniques learned to your own professional challenges. This assignment requires you to create aSMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Timebound) Action Plan - Personal Development Planthat focuses on some of the course's learning objectives. By developing this plan, you will enhance your ability to make positive change happen in your team and organization.

Assignment Structure:

1.Review the three learning objectives of the course provided:

- Develop the mindset and tools to successfully adapt and perform in fast-moving hybrid environments.

- Apply the building blocks of creating high-performance innovative teams, taking into account how they relate to your particular professional challenges.

- Leverage diverse team members to reach professional goals with the sensitivity to recognize that diversity is not just cultural - more importantly, it is about working style and communication style. By understanding this, we can create unique value.

2.Use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Timebound) approach to create an action plan that addresses each of the three learning objectives. For each objective, identify one action per letter of the SMART acronym. Ensure that your plan is realistic and feasible within your day-to-day work.

Include the following information in your SMART Action Plan:

Learning Objective: Explain each specific learning objective in your own words.

Then, for each learning objective, do the following according to the SMART framework:

1. Specific Action:Describe the action you will take to meet the learning objective. Be specific and concise.
2. Measurement:Identify how you will measure your progress and success in implementing the action.
3. Assignment:Determine who will be assigned to help or support you in implementing the action. This can be a colleague, team member, or mentor.
4. Realistic:Evaluate the feasibility and resources required to execute the action. Ensure it is attainable given your current circumstances.
5. Timebound:Set a deadline or timeline for completing the action. Specify when you will review your progress.

Grading:

This is an individual assignment.

To assess the quality of your SMART Action Plan - Personal Development Plan, the following criteria will be considered by the learning facilitator:

• Alignment with Learning Objectives (20%):
  • Does the plan address all three learning objectives of the course?
• SMART Criteria (30%):
  • Are the actions Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, and Timebound?
  • Is the measurement approach clear and appropriate for evaluating progress?
  • Are the actions specifically related to each objective?
• Feasibility and Resources (25%):
  • Is the plan realistic and feasible given your day-to-day work?
  • Have you identified the necessary support or assistance from others?
• Deadline and Review (10%):
  • Have you set a deadline or timeline for completing each action?
  • Have you specified when you will review your progress?
• Clarity and Organization (15%):
  • Is the plan well-written and easy to understand?
  • Is there a logical flow of information?

This assignment counts for 60% of your final grade.
