Assignment Description: You have just joined as an IoT Architect at multinational Telecommunication organization. Company has multiple offices within the Pakistan and other countries. The company provides the Operation and maintenance to one of the leading Mobile operator besides roll out activities. The first project you have been tasked/assigned is to setup/design of an IoT based BTS Mobile Site Management and Control. If you successfully design the model site, company will shift all (1000) sites of city in IoT. The project is divided into 2 parts: 1. Design a smart BTS mobile site with the criteria and devices mentioned below. 2. How to Control these smart devices at the BTS mobile site from the Network Operation and Control Centre (NOC). (BTS site is 5KM far from NOC) BTS mobile site Description: The BTS mobile site includes: 1. Air conditioner (Thermostat Monitor and Control) 2. Smoke detector 3. Front Door Monitor 4. Humidity detector 5. Temperature Monitor 6. Fuel monitor (In Generator) 7. Power Monitor (KE /Batteries/Generator) 8. Guard Presence Design Aspects: a. Propose a Communication Link between BTS mobile site to NOC to control and monitor the above mentioned End devices/sensors data. b. Propose a Communication link between the end devices/sensors with in the BTS mobile site room. c. Identify and Propose the Sensors (real) with the name and specification. (As in BTS mobile site description). d. Calculate the volume of date from all the sensors/end devices and propose the required bandwidth for the communication link (Site to NOC). e. Proposed an open source Cloud server. f. Propose a processing board through which all the data processed and transfer to Cloud server. g. Propose a Protocols at Application, Transport and Network Layers, consider the data volume and sensitivity. h. Propose a Data management and Computation Stack layer for the each of the sensor data based on their sensitivity. i. Construct the design layout, show all components which use in system. j. Cost the products/material used in your proposal. k. Rationale your proposal with technical justification. 1. Make a report of your design proposal in proper attached format
