We just reviewed the three types of constructors and destructors. Your objective is to take three orders of pizza using the constructors. Each order will invoke the default, type, and copy constructor $($in that order$).$ However, all will invoke the destructor. When you provide the name of each order, you'll pass a C$-$string and get a warning. How do we fix this?
