Assignment For this assignment, you will develop your own Personal Balanced Scorecard (PBSC) using the information and guide given below. This assignment will have 2 parts: the Starting PBSC and the PBSC Report. Your Starting PBSC submission will consist of two files: 1. Your personal values, vision, and mission statements, as outlined below; 2. Your personal balanced scorecard, modelled on the Forbes example posted to the course VIULearn site. Your PBSC Report will also be two files: 1. Your updated PBSC as it stands effective March 31. Although the PBSC is intended to be an ongoing self-evaluation, it is necessary to have a date on which a more thoughtful review of your own progress can be done. Ideally, you will keep your PBSC and continue to use it as your career progresses. 2. A short (roughly 1- 2 page) reflection on both the value of the PBSC to you, personally, and on your personal growth and progress toward your goals over the term.
