In this section you must introduce your reader to Coca Cola for auditing, highlighting some of significant changes in external environment for businesses / a particular industry over the last 5 years and explaining why this company needs Organizational Behaviour audit.

• Discussion should be organised under appropriate headings (2500 words)

You have to provide a detailed examination of 4 OB areas ideally from both mainstream (managerial / functionalist / employer) and critical (social science / human relations / employee) perspective applying relevant theories and concepts. Then briefly analyse the main OB problems identified and their impact on organisational climate and employee well-being in future if actions are not taken immediately.
