Assignment Individual – (Document Submission) As a System Analyst tasked with creating comprehensive documentation for an Automated System within a selected organization, you are responsible for initiating user requirement gathering and system environment analysis. You have the flexibility to choose an organization or continue with a hypothetical one (Assumptive Organization). To facilitate the commencement of system investigation activities, it is imperative to obtain proper approval from authorized officials of the companies being visited. To secure approval, you are required to submit an official request letter from ICBT Campus to the respective companies. The letter should articulate the purpose of the visit and seek authorization for conducting interviews and site observations as part of the initial stages of the project. Tasks 1.
