B. Market Feasibility/Marketing
Make an advertisement to promote your chosen operation.

• Advertisement can be in the form of a poster,
• TV advertisement (submitted
  electronically via CD) or
• a Radio advertisement (submitted electronically via CD).

C. Organizational/Managerial Feasibility
Draw up an organization chart that represents the staff structure (include names and
surnames) of your chosen organization. Remember to include the following:

•  Management staff positions
• Production staff positions
• Service staff positions (20)

D. Financial Feasibility
Roughly estimate the total capital requirements that were needed to open this
establishment, and give evidence thereof. Do you agree that this amount is sufficient?
Support your answer. How could the owners have acquired the capital? (20 marks )

E. Production and Service

• Elaborate on the purchasing, receiving, storing and issuing procedures employed in the operation.
• Explain the type of service offered, and the service procedures followed in the chosen
  organization. Include also a brief elaboration on their use of technology in the guest
  service process. (20 marks )
