Assignment Introduction and Learning GoalsThis is an MS Excel assignment and therefore you will require MS Excel to complete it. This assignment will provide you the opportunity to learn, or exercise your MS Excel skills. The topics are somewhat random, but as you progress through your other courses you will be using the content reviewed in this assignment.Course Learning Outcomes CLO8: Generate and interpret project reports CLO9: Transfer project data to and from other software programs. Assignment ValuePlease refer to the grade section of FOL for assignment weighting.Assignment InstructionsThis is an individual assignment. That means that there is to be no assisting others. You do this on your own! If you have questions you can ask me via email, in class or before/after classes. You will be creating a new workbook with multiple worksheets. You must follow the naming EXACTLY as requested otherwise you will receive a 0 grade for that question. You will be required to create a time series table with various attributes and a chart.Complete the following:Create a new MS Excel Workbook and name it A01-yourlastname-studentid.xlsx (yourlastname should be how it is reflected in FOL, even if that is not how you normally represent your lastname)Create a new worksheet named "Overall"In A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 put this text respectively: "Last Name", "First Name", "Student Id", "Due Date of Assignment" and "Starting Balance"Size the column so titles fit without wrappingIn Column B fill in the appropriate values based on the titles from column A and for "Starting Balance" use the last 4 digits of your id, with the last 2 being the decimal values. (the "Starting Balance" should be the last 4 digits of your student id, example my id is 123456 so I would put 34.56. If it has a 0, such as 0046 then it would be 0.46)Format the date to display as yyyy-mm-ddFormat the Starting Balance to be currency with 2 digits after the decimal. For the next section you will create a timeseries dataset. In Cell C7 describe the timeseries data you have chosen and why you chose it.(do not put time series data here - see steps 10 onward) The time series must satisfy these requirements:Must have 3 different values (class example had max temp, min temp, mean temp and precipitation. Do not use these)Must have 6 dates (class example had 22 values)Format the cell so all the text is visible (hint: row height, column width)Insert a new worksheet named "Personal Time Series Data"Insert your data with titles starting in A1. Do not put blank rows or columns!Insert Data titles in the across columns. See step 8 for number of columnsInsert timeseries titles in the rows. See step 8 for number of rowsAt the bottom of each column add the following summary rowsLabel "Total" - total without using the sum function (Hint: you can use +)Label "Total2"- total with a functionLabel "Average" - average of column's dataLabel "Largest" - largest numberLabel "Std. Dev." - standard deviation of column's dataFormat the table:Bold the column/row titles and the column summary dataDecimal numbers should only have 3 digits past decimalInsert a new worksheet named "Assignment Time Series Data"In Cell A1 put a link to the "Starting Balance" from Information worksheet (Hint: not a hyperlink!)In cell A2 put this text "Date"In B2, C2, D2, E2, F2 put the dates starting at 04-15 and incrementing by 1 day (the year should be 20 and the last 2 digits of your student id, example my id is 123456 so I would put 2056 as the year)Format the dates to look like: January 11,2056 and adjust columns so we can read themIn A3, A4, and A5, A6 and A7 put this text respectively: "Activity 1", "Activity 2", "Activity 3", "Total" and "Cumulative Total"Fill in the estimated # of hours for each Activity on each day as you would like (B3 through F5)Use a function to calculate the total of the row titled "Total"Use a relative and an absolute cell reference to calculate "Cumulative Total" rowAdd a column to get totals for each task and the total of this new column.Fill with gray the cells that show your task total and your cumulative total are the sameCreate a line chart of the cumulative data and insert beside the table including the following information:Chart titleAxis x and y titles and labelsLegendArrange the worksheets in this order Overall, Personal Time Series Data, Assignment Time Series DataSave the Excel file.
