• Background
  • Outline a state anti-bullying statute. List the elements, results, and exceptions of the statute. Provide a brief explanation of the statute.
• Policy Memorandum
  • Using the memo format on page 92 of the Bardach and Patashnik (2020) resource, provide a policy memorandum for your supervisor, who is the chief policy analyst for your division. In the policy memorandum, analyze and explain at least one court interpretation of the statute.
