Did the group go through a formation process like the five step model or the punctuated equilibrium model-explain

What were the apparent values of the group members

What was their motivation?

How did the members perceive each other?

Was there conflict in the group, what type and how was it handled? Was there political behaviour?

Was there leadership in the group, what kind?

These questions are only a start

Evaluation: I am simply looking for OB theories, correctly used to describe the group. I am interested in seeing you use the theories, not as much in what specifically happened in your group.
