You do need a business plan due to fundraising. Create a Balanced Scorecard of your own choice for a profit-oriented company. Considerations:

• Apply the original concept of Kaplan & Norton with all appropriate elements
• Consider all perspectives and its initiatives / actions
• Do not forget to define the performance indicators
• Describe the BSC concept elaborately with references
• Argue, why do you think this concept is appropriate for your start-up
• Contextualise the Balanced Scorecard into the strategy process
• Give reasons of your decisions and full descriptions
• Create a map with causes and effects
