Is there a right wage?
I believe a right wage is a "living wage." According to my source, "A "living wage" refers to a threshold that allows workers and their families to have decent living standards" (Krell, 2012). If there was any minimum for a right wage, I would say it would be this. The reasoning for my thoughts is because I believe everyone should at least be earning to be able to afford to live.
Is there a proper and appropriate wage for a particular kind of work?
Based off of experience, skill level and expertise in their field of work there should be an appropriate wage. For example, someone who went to school, did internships, gained experience, and spent many years studying to be a doctor should not be receiving minimum wage. However if they are starting off for the very first time as a doctor, they would not be getting paid the highest amount of money because they have not been working there for the longest time. So there is proper and appropriate wages.
What should determine a worker's wage?
What should determine a worker's wage is various of a few things. For example, education level, experience, time in experience, past work work experience, and how long they have been in this particular field of work. Those are some elements that could determine a worker's wage.
