Assignment Title: IT Trends in Digital Transformation: Analysis $(10\%)$ and Presentation $(10\%)$

Overview:

This assignment is designed to help students explore the latest trends in IT and their impact on Digital Transformation $($DT$).$ Students will conduct a research analysis of current IT trends and their potential impact on DT initiatives within organizations. There are Several IT Trends which most of industries in case of their needs apply into their businesses.

It is expected to find at least FOUR IT trends and find at least TWO companies which they are applying those trends into their businesses.

Learning Objectives:

$$ Improve the knowledge of the latest IT trends and their potential impact on DT$.$

$$ Develop analytical skills in conducting research analysis.

$$ Gain insights into best practices and success factors in implementing IT trends for DT$.$ Develop effective communication and presentation skills.

Having Abstract is necessary.

Literature Review: Students should conduct a literature review on the topic of IT trends in DT$,$ including key concepts, trends, and empirical studies. Students should use a minimum of five peer$-$reviewed sources to inform their analysis.

Research Analysis: Using the literature review as a basis, students should conduct research analysis of current IT trends and their potential impact on DT initiatives within organizations. The analysis should include the following components:

$$ Overview of the latest IT trends and their potential impact on DT$.$

$$ Analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing IT trends for

DT$.$

$$ Analyze the potential challenges observed while implementing DT$.$ What were the major

impacts $($positive and$/$or negative$)$ on the overall company including the manufacturing

department?

$$ Identification of best practices and success factors in implementing IT trends for DT$.$

$$ Students are expected to represent every kind of related analysis $($Porter$$s Value,

PESTEL, SWOT$)$ in their research regarding the application of the IT Trends.

$$ How these trends could be gaining more benefit to the organizations or SMEs in terms of

taking care of sustainability through DT$.$

$$ Any kind of recommendation for improvement is necessary.
