Antecedents

Situation

The company you are applying to is a medium size company located in Toronto. The company has more than 20 years of experience producing and selling high quality cosmetics, beauty products and fragrances at extremely competitive prices. The company wants to switch from the traditional Bricks and mortar business model to an E-business strategy using an online storefront model.
