You have been assigned a new project and as an Agile Project Manager, you are asked to create a

project plan that includes following:

Requirement gathering

Design

Build & test

Deployment & sign$-$off

The plan should include key milestones, tasks, sub$-$tasks, resourcing and estimates $($use your best

case knowledge$).$ The plan should be built in Microsoft Project and divided into Sprints.

PROJECT DEFINITION:

Building an Enterprise Survey Engine using technologies of Microsoft;

$-$ Power Platform

$-$ Power Agent

$-$ Power Pages

$-$ Dynamics $365$

Features to be built:

$-$ Ability to set up dynamic survey questions and response options

$-$ Based on response develop logic for output calculations

$-$ Run $360$ degree survey against user

$-$ Ability to push the data into Power BI reporting

$-$ Ability to push the data in to PDF file with detail explanation

$-$ PDF should be built with ability to have static, dynamic and calculated data logic

$-$ Ability to run the survey via chat bot with reminders etc

Task $2.$

Create a simple document outlining following:

Project Governance

Progress Reporting

Client $/$ Stakeholder Management

Budgeting & Resourcing

Sprint Management $($using Azure Board$/$DevOps$)$

Risk & Issues Management

Task $3.$

Create a template of RAID log and populate with data linked to Project Plan shared. Add all

assumptions, dependencies and key risks you foresee in delivery of that project plan.
