Evaluate both options and provide arguments in-favor or trade-offs for using each option. State your choice with rationale to support your decision.

You will make sure that your choice would allow your business to scale and sustain for next 5 years. You are anticipating 5-8% growth in users base per year for the next 5 years with initial user base of 10K users.
