Kim, a chemical dealer, sold 3D chemical to a rancher in State X and, om several occasions, she said profane words in public. Kim was prosecuted for violating both laws. She argues, however, that the federal government did not have the power to enact these laws. The government argues that it had the power to enact these laws because the regulated activities are interstate commerce.
