Assume that Arthur spends his income on bread and chocolate. Consuming chocolate gives him positive utility (satisfaction) and consumption of bread does not give him any utility or satisfaction but does not reduce his utility either (zero satisfaction from bread). If price of bread falls, will Arthur move to a higher indifference curve? Please explain
