5. Create an organization chart for Google and identify who the key internal stakeholders are.

6. Discuss how you will communicate across the organization, to gain an understanding of the organization's HR preferences at each level and gain support for the HR Strategic Plan.

PART 2

Develop a draft HR Strategic Plan

1. Research and provide details of Google's business strategies and objectives

2. Research and provide details of Google's training and development programs and how these are delivered by the organization.

3. Research and provide details of Google's performance management practices

4. Develop a risk management process/plan that will be implemented to support the proposed HR Strategic Plan

PART 3

Implement HR Strategic Plan

1. Develop an implementation schedule for the proposed HR Strategic Plan

2. Describe how the plan will be monitored, reviewed, and amended when required
