Scenario 1 

A client has requested revisions on your team's deliverables. You will need to discuss the changes with your supervisor, who has stepped out of the office for the rest of the day. However, you need to contact them immediately to discuss the changes requested.  

     

Scenario 2 

You are to send the completed advertising brief prepared by your team to your client for approval.

     

Scenario 3 

You need to meet with your team of remote workers to discuss the brief for a new project they will be undertaking. 

     

Scenario 4 

You need to request for additional items to purchase from the supply store that your team needs. The office assistant is currently in the supply store buying toner and ink for your printers. 

     

Scenario 5  

You need to contact the head office in Brisbane to discuss the details of the transportation arrangements of the Cairns office for the upcoming company-wide event in Melbourne. 

     

Scenario 6 

You work in an e-retailer organisation. Currently, your supervisor needs you to conduct an interest check on adding a new product to your catalogue. Your customers are mostly teen and young adults who spend most of their time on their phones.  

     

Scenario 7

You are required to collaborate with a co-worker working remotely to review documents for publishing to the site. Your co-worker is using their smartphone and you are using your desktop. You need to find a way to collaborate with your worker because the task needs to be completed on the same afternoon.
