Assume that you are the CEO (currently it is Mr. Tim Cook) of Apple Inc., the technology company. Based on a 'Supply Chain Analysis' for the company's products, what links/functions/processes/components/materials in the chain would you ensure that the company has absolute control over? Before Mr. Cook became the CEO, he was in charge of the company's 'Supply Chain'. It is my opinion that he--and may be along with the other top leaders at the time at Apple--made some massively wrong decisions in the area of Supply Chain
