Assume that you work as a network engineer for one of the local internet service providers (ISPs) in Kuwait. Your ISP provides a link with bandwidth 90 Gbps to directly connect two branches of two different banks (example: NBK and Gulf Bank) to the Central Bank of Kuwait Both branches share the same link since they are located in the same building. NBK subscribes for double the bandwidth Gulf Bank. The generated traffic at both branches varies over time. Therefore, both banks demand the following quality of service (QoS) constraints: NBK Maximum Delay of 2 milliseconds, Dmax = 2 x 10-7. The average rate is 50 Gbps. Gulf Bank Maximum Delay of 2 milliseconds. The average rate is 20 Gbps. Assuming that the average packet size is 60,000 Byte, design a traffic policing mechanism to regulate traffic and maintain the above mentioned Qos constraints. In the text field below provide detailed description your design, stating all parameters. You can upload your worked solution but this only to support your answer in the text field. Hint: each Byte is 8 bits
