What data and technology would you implement? Determine the annual cost for a clinic that would serve 1000 patients a year with health care problems similar to Jeff. What hospital costs that Jeff incurred would you hope to avoid? Would your clinic design be cost-effective compared to the scenario set forward in the Jeff case? Would the quality of care be better?
