Provide the Company names, locations, specific services rendered and any special attributes of the company that affected your decision to include them in your list. Scenario:

In this scenario you will assume that Pet Paws, Inc. has never owned or operated a company aircraft.

Pet Paws, Inc. is a company in the business of providing pet supplies and veterinary services in the United States. The Company's headquarters are in Spanish Fork, Utah which is serviced by the Spanish Fork Airport (Springville-Woodhouse Field). There are 21 full-time employees located in the headquarters.Travel requirements are varied and usually not scheduled. Most travel is accomplished by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Marvin Market, the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jack Financial and the Chief Doctor of Veterinary Services, Dr. Hoof. Other company locations are located in 1. Great Falls, Montana 2. New Braunfels, Texas 3. Warrensburg, Missouri and 4. Tampa, Florida.Each of these locations has two veterinarians, and 10 full time staff. All locations offer the full services of Pet Paws.

The travel department of Pet Paws has not done a great job of keeping the travel information for its employees. However, since you asked for airline travel information for the last calendar year, you were provided with the following information:

Your goal is to select an aircraft that might fit the needs of the Company. Since you have already selected a source for aircraft and the information is in your possession, you can begin your analysis.

Task:You are required to determine which of the six aircraft (Falcon 8X, Gulfstream 280, Phenom 300, Navajo Chieftain, PC 12 NG, King Air 250), if any, could be best utilized by Pet Paws. In your submission to the CEO, you must justify your answer. It is expected that you will have to make various assumptions and those assumptions must be clearly set out in the memorandum to the CEO. For instance, you might assume that the individuals could schedule their travel no together to increase the load factor. The activity below will help you in your review of the suggested planes. Note:This exercise is general in nature. In other words, it is not necessary to intricate evaluation of aircraft performance such as balanced field length, types of instrument approaches, etc. The fact that you may not be a pilot and might not be able to accomplish that type of analysis will not be a deterrent to your grade so do not worry!
