Problem-solving ability when a project is complex, a team member with strong problem-solving ability would be an invaluable asset to the project. Availability people who are most available may not be the most needed for the project. Technological expertise members who are too technical may have a ditticult time settling down and doing the work because they are constantly trying to argue for the most perfect technical approach to problems. Credibility the credibility of a project is enhanced by the reputation of the people involved in the project. Political connections members, who have close personal relationships with project stakeholders, are invaluable assets to the project. Ambition, initiative and energy if a member is lled with ambition, initiative and energy, it can make up for many of the other attributes that he I she is weak in. Familiarity repeated collaboration with the same members may stie creativity and innovation.
