(i) Enumerate the reasons that would lead you to either demolish the building or to maintain it and just correct this error /mistake /blunder.

(ii) Assuming you decided to demolish it, discuss the technologies you would propose to your bosses citing the economic, social and environmental advantages of your proposals.

(iii) On the other hand, if you choose to just correct the error without demolishing the building, explain the cost effective technologies that can be used to take it back to plumb. Besides these technologies, what new technology can you propose in case the money is available.
