Assumptions: This cost model is based on the WBS developed in previous weeks and the budget report provided. It is assumed that the budgeted amount of $600,000, the hardware requirement of $90,000, the software requirement of $110,000, and the operation cost of $200,000 are included in the total project cost estimate. The cost of labor and other costs is also assumed to be included in the total project cost estimate.
