For this assignment you will develop a values statement for your selected healthcare organization. Values illustrate the core of what we, as individuals or communities, hold to be intrinsically important and desirable. These values guide the choices and preferences for specific outcomes. The moral compass of a follower of Christ should always be in accord with the right understanding and belief of our duty to display a merciful and compassionate love for our neighbor as we endeavor in unity to achieve the common good for all in our community. 1.
