At the beginning of the semester, you were asked to provide an idiosyncratic definition of leadership without the use of secondary literature or the textbook. Now that you have been immersed in the leadership paradigm, submit a single-spaced, two-page reflection and discuss how your preconceived notion of leadership has changed. Explain the pivotal points in which your perception of leadership was altered and/or how exposure to the concept corroborated your perception. Be sure to incorporate specific examples of how your perceptions have been altered. In addition, discuss how your newly minted perception of leadership will affect that way you lead and inspire followers henceforth.
