While labor shortages increase, studies have shown moving towards a four-day work week has benefited employees. Making 32 hours instead of 40 hours work weeks has improved well-being for workers without a loss of productivity for businesses. Worldwide companies have started to use four-day work weeks for more than a year, those have seen major improvements in employees' productivity. I personally believe four-day work weeks and school weeks should become a worldwide schedule. I always feel unmotivated on Fridays. I feel unmotivated on Fridays because I always have busy weekends and I have no time to 'reset' before the next work week begins.
