Question:
At this point we have continued developing tools to summarize and analyze data for a sample. Specifically when looking at a relationship between two quantitative variables we describe the form, direction and strength of a scatterplot. The goal of this activity is to do just that utilizing the vocabulary from this section and consider if there is a causal connection between the variables.
Consider the following question: Is there a relationship between a student's High school GPA and College GPA? This would be a relationship between 2 quantitative variables that could be summarized with a scatterplot. Your task is to consider the following scenarios and address them.

Please consider any confounding variables that may need to be addressed in your report that is to be used as a tool to help advise 1st year students. In your post, please consider the following type of students:
- Students attending UC Berkeley directly out of high school.
- Students attending CCSF directly out of high school.
- Students attending any college or university after taking a break from education for 2 or more years.
