Review the key concepts we have learned related to strategy and apply the strategy process to yourself to create a personal strategic plan. Be sure to include all of the following in your submission: Your name should be centered on the page. The date should be somewhere on the page. Vision: Describes where you are going. Mission: Describes who you are, what you do, and why you are here. Core Values: Describe the beliefs, traits, and behaviors that guide you. Objectives: Create three to five goals you want to achieve in the next 1-3 years. Think SMART goals. Under each of the goals, describe three to five tactics for each of the goals.
