At Your Service (AYS) is a helpdesk company that helps customers stuck /with IT issues
at home or at work. The problem might be wide-ranging - from computer startup to
diagnostic to a system crash; from hardware failure to software crashes to technology
failure.
AYS executives try to diagnose the problem by using various techniques -
questionnaires, dimensional analysis, closed questions, etc. Sometimes, the problem is
resolved over the phone. Where it is not deemed possible, a specialist is sent to the site
for resolution. The customers usually pay by credit card; the membership options are
also available.
The mission of the AYS is problem solution and prevention at the highest possible level
of professionalism.
Before any client is served, they're required to register with AYS. Individual clients are
required to provide name, date of birth, address, credit card number, etc.
Whereas,business clients register by providing name, address, contact person,
business number,and payment method.
AYS experienced extraordinary client base growth during the year 2020. The company
has been using an Excel-based system to maintain its client details. All financial details
including payments are also maintained in Excel files.
