At your weekly Project Management Office (PMO) meeting, you are witness to an argument between two of your colleagues. Pradheep Modi is a Scrum Master who has been recently hired to implement the agile methodology at your company. Marjorie Tahara is a Project Manager that has used a phased waterfall methodology for a number of years.

Each is saying that their approach is best for all projects and that the other approach is not useful. The tension between the two is increasing quickly. You decide to join the discussion and hope to mediate their disagreement.
