Attach ¹H NMR spectrum; draw the Lewis structure and an acceptable name of the identified compound on the spectrum that shows complete spectrum with labeled peaks and integration.

Show all bonds to the hydrogens. Label the different sets of hydrogens. CLEARLY label OH proton if it's present. (i.e. H_a. H_b, H₁, H₂, etc.).

Highlight and label the solvent peak, and water peak (if seen) on the original spectrum.

Create a table that summarizes the chemical shift, integration, as well as the multiplicity of each signal.
