Attach an example of each of the following documents: An invoice showing GST An GST Free invoice A paid invoice A credit Note or a Purchase Order If you are unable locate any of the above create your own sample containing all the information which you would expect to find on the document. Ensure you label each of the documents as to what it is. Students must provide one each of the abovementioned documents OR create their own sample of each document.
