Attendance is important thing either it's: academic, business or personal meeting/event. It shows how serious we take this event, it also shows the respect to the people that waiting for us. I think out of 3 categories, this is my weakest one. I always try to come on time, but no matter how much early I start to prepare, I always get 1-5 minutes late. I need to be more strict and more up to schedule when I get ready. Accountability: This one answers for our understanding of: "why are we doing this" and "what needs to be done". Mature people are always independent and accountable. You need to understand why are you trying to achieve a certain goal and which strategy is the best to approach. I find myself an accountable person in most of the situations. Contribution: Is another way to see if you are respectful and responsible. If you are in a group project, it is very important to pull your own weight. If you don't contribute your part, it's irresponsible and disrespectful to the other people.
