Question 3 (a) Joe has agreed to supply building materials to Mat who has received a contract from the government for the construction of a school canteen. Joe bought the construction materials and delivered them to the construction site. Later, Mat's contract was cancelled by the government. When Joe wanted to reacquire the materials, it was discovered that Mat has sold them to Kamla. Advise Joe of his rights.
