In Class Activity 3. Numbers & Associates provide their client, Oak Lid, with the following professional services: (a) Identification of new risks that arise from a changing business environment (b) Checking compliance with legislative obligations of a government grant and reporting to the relevant government department (c) assistance to management and the Board in achieving overall entity goals and objectives, as well as strengthening internal controls and governance (d) Assistance in establishing and training the internal audit team (e) Attending stocktake instructions only, as instructed by the Board (f) Providing advice on accounting policies and accounting standards (g) Providing an opinion whether the annual financial report gives a true and fair view.
